How we handle data.

SiteCraft (“we”, “us”), operated by Jonathan Frazin, is a web design studio that reaches out to local businesses by SMS to offer free website previews. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect business name, phone number, and address from publicly available Google Maps listings. We do not collect personal consumer data — only publicly listed business contact information.

How we use it

We use this information solely to send introductory SMS messages offering web design services to the business. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute any contact information to third parties. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will not receive further messages from SiteCraft.

Service providers

Messages are sent via Twilio, a third-party messaging platform. Twilio processes message delivery on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy.

§ 02 — Terms & Conditions

SiteCraft Website Preview Outreach.

Program

The SiteCraft Website Preview Outreach program sends SMS messages to local businesses that do not currently have a website, offering a free website design preview at no cost or obligation.

Message frequency

Each business receives a maximum of 2 messages: one introductory message and one follow-up. No recurring messages are sent unless the business replies.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from SiteCraft.

Changes

SiteCraft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL.
